A Flexi-Pass comes in two pass options and provides you with the freedom to park at your required location, for the selected number of visits, within the pass day timeframe.
- A 16-daily visit pass permits 16 visits* which can be used within 56 days - ideal if you need to park for two days or three a week.
- A 8-daily visit pass permits 8 visits* which can be used within 28 days - a great option if you need to park for two days a week.
*One visit is 1 calendar day from the time you enter the car park
Please note: Flexi-Pass tickets are non-refundable.
Your Flexi-Pass is for a specific car park, therefore unfortunately you can't use it at any of our other car parks.
Flexi-Pass is currently available at the below locations only
- Three Bridges Station
- Dorking Station
- Redhill Station
- Luton Airport Parkway Station
- Haywards Heath Station
- Royston Station
You will save up to 20% on the daily tariff.
1. Register or log into your account.
2. Select the location where you wish to park.
3. Choose one of the below Flexi-Pass options
- A 16-daily visit pass permits 16 visits* which can be used within 56 days
- A 38-daily visit pass permits 8 visits* which can be used within 28 days
4. Select your vehicle and enter your personal details.
5. Select the start date of your Flexi-Pass using the calendar provided. You can start parking as early as tomorrow.
6. In the margin to the right, you’ll see Order Summary. The “Promo code” field is used if you have a Promo code. Entering a Promo code will result in a discounted price when you come to pay. Rates include VAT, and this will be shown on your order confirmation/receipt.
7. After clicking on “Book Now”, you will be taken to the payment page.
If you wish to make changes to your booking you can do so by going to “Manage My Booking” via the link on the booking confirmation email. You can also view and manage your booking on our website by clicking on “Retrieve Booking”
Please note: Flexi-pass tickets are non-refundable.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Visa Electron. The customer is responsible for validity of the card. Invalid cards will be rejected. We don’t accept cheques, cash or other payment methods online.
Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption software. This protects your personal information, including credit or debit card details, and your name and address. You’ll know you are in a secure area of the website when a padlock appears in your web browser display, along with “https” instead of the usual “http” address. You will also see the following when you’re about to leave the secure area: “Are you sure you want to leave this area?”
You can renew your Flexi-Pass online at https://seasontickets.apcoa.co.uk/ in “Retrieve Booking” section.
When renewing your Flexi-Pass, the start date will commence after your current pass expiry date.
All visits must be used within the pass day timeframe. Unused visits per pass do not roll over to a renewed pass.
One visit is 1 calendar day from the time you enter the car park.
