The Ancoats Mobility Hub is an innovative project that supports the future development of the Poland Street area. The Hub provides spaces for resident and visitor parking, taking vehicles off local roads, as well as proving sustainable transport options in a community setting alongside the fully refurbished Ancoats Green. This next-generation multi-storey car park will hold space for 406 cars, 150 bicycles, car share vehicles, a parcel delivery hub, café, store, and nearly 15,000 sq ft of public realm.  

Facilities at the Hub include: 

• 150 secure bike parking spaces with showers and changing facilities 
• 102 electronic vehicle charging points, with potential for more 
• Up to 30 spaces for car club/car share schemes 
• 406 car parking spaces for residents and visitors 
• Parcel delivery hub and parcel lockers that will centralise how local people can receive post and packages
• 400 rooftop solar panels 
• Over 400sqm of green wall

102 EV Charge Points 7-22kw Rapid Chargers 65p/kwh. Payment can we made directly on  ScanPay.

APCOA Connect provides connected charging services for electric vehicles, allowing you to start, stop, and pay for your EV charging session quickly via the App.

Parcel Collection lockers
Multiple couriers have lockers lockers within the Hub.

Car Club
Enterprise car club vehicles are available to hire on site.

Bicycle Storage

Dedicated bicycle storage facility on site for 150 bicycles, with changing room, locker storage and wash room facilities.

Ancoats Mobility Hub offers prebooked parking sessions for those who wish to plan ahead for a hassle-free parking experience. As well as Season Tickets offering unlimited access during car park opening times – premium bay, monthly, quarterly & annual season tickets available.
